📦 3. Return Shipping Costs

For customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

For returns due to damage, defect, or wrong item sent, Goldtopiss will cover all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Goldtopiss is not responsible for lost return packages without proof of delivery.
