At Goldtopiss, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with a clear and customer-friendly return and refund process.


🧾 1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days from the date of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached

  • The product must be free from damage, stains, odors, or any sign of wear

  • Must include a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

🛑 Final Sale items, discounted items, or promotional bundles are non-returnable unless defective.


📝 2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@goldtopiss.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization number (RMA)

  3. Securely pack the item and mail it to our return address:

  4. Include the RMA number inside the package


📦 3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • For returns due to damage, defect, or wrong item sent, Goldtopiss will cover all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Goldtopiss is not responsible for lost return packages without proof of delivery.


💳 4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email of the return status

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear.


♻️ 5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


⚠️ 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Gift Cards

  • Customized or personalized shoes

  • Items marked “non-returnable” at time of purchase

  • Shoes with signs of wear, damage, or without original packaging


🛠️ 7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Email us at contact@goldtopiss.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include order number and clear photos of the product

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a full refund or replacement


📅 8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement

  2. Contact your financial institution (some banks take time to process refunds)

🌐 9. International Returns

We accept returns from international customers, but:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Refunds will be processed in USD, and Goldtopiss is not responsible for currency conversion or exchange rate differences

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and refund requests. If you checked out as a guest and lost your confirmation, please contact us with your name and approximate order date.
